A client who wants to use the extension themselves, for example on a site only reachable on their VPN, needs a member seat. Removing someone frees their seat straight away.
Price lock and refunds, in full
These are the whole terms, not a summary. The same wording goes into the terms of service.
Your price stays the same
The price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed on that plan, monthly or yearly. If we change our prices, the new prices apply to new subscriptions only.
If you move to a different plan, that plan’s current price applies from then on. If you cancel and come back later, the price on the day you come back applies.
30-day refund on your first payment
If you’re not happy within 30 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, email [email protected] and we’ll refund it in full. We won’t ask why.
After that, you can cancel or pause at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part-used periods.
Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t picked a plan, your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. Your most recent project stays active, the others are archived: still readable and exportable, but closed to new comments until you upgrade. Other members become guests. We email you before the trial ends with the plan your usage points to. If clients are in the middle of a review, you can extend the trial by 7 days, once.
What happens to client review links if we cancel?
Your most recent project carries on as normal. Cancelling moves you to Free at the end of the period you’ve paid for: one project stays active, and the others are archived, so their review links show the existing feedback but take no new comments. Nothing is deleted, you can still export each project’s comments as JSON, and upgrading reopens everything.
What does pause do?
Pause moves you to Free with everything kept, and one click puts your plan back. It’s the same as cancelling, without having to set things up again.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice by email, and past invoices are in your billing settings. Add your company name, address and VAT number there and they appear on every invoice from then on.
Which currency will we be charged in?
Pounds, euros or US dollars, at the round prices shown here. They’re set prices, not converted at the day’s exchange rate. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added for UK and EU customers without a VAT number.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly, or between plans?
Yes, from your billing settings. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
Do our clients pay anything or need an account?
No. Clients comment through a review link without signing up, on every plan including Free, and they don’t count as members.
